We’re making it easier than ever to access the services you need—all in one place, with more convenience and efficiency. Here’s what’s new:

  • One-stop service! All your essentials—garbage tags, battery drop-offs, and more—are now available at the front desk for quick and easy access.
  • Simplified entry! Town Hall is now accessible through the front entrance. Need the side entrance for deliveries or accessibility? Just call ahead at 613-267-3311 ext. 0, and we’ll be happy to assist.
  • Washrooms made easy! Our fully accessible exterior washrooms, located off the south side of Market Square, are available year-round for your convenience. Please note that the interior washrooms are limited to staff use and those coming to Town Hall for meetings or appointments.
  • Personalized service! Need to meet with staff or take a tour? We’re happy to assist—just call ahead or book an appointment for a smooth, hassle-free experience.
