Thank you for your interest in applying to be a vendor at the Perth Night Market! We encourage you to review our Application Guide to help with your submission.

This form is for;

  • Artisans, crafters, makers, food vendors, and more with unique, handcrafted, or locally produced goods who wish to have a vendor booth (please note, we aren’t accepting applications from direct selling or multi-level marketing companies)

If you have a business located in Perth (both inside and outside of the BIA), please fill out the Business Activities form instead.

Perth Night Market is Saturday, September 13th, 2025, from 5–10 p.m. 

Deadline for submission is Sunday, June 8, 2025 at 11:55 p.m.

The Town of Perth is seeking outdoor vendors for the Perth Night Market on Saturday, September 13. The event is from 5 p.m. until late (outdoor vendors are required to stay until 10 p.m.). Vendors will need to provide their own tent, tables, chairs, etc.

We are looking for three types of vendors:  

  • Artisan / vendors from Perth, Lanark County and neighbouring regions. We are seeking craftspeople, artists, baked goods, food vendors, handmade and homemade items. Please note: Approved vendors will be subject to a $100 vendor fee per 10'x10' space. Food vendors are required to meet and adhere to all Health Unit regulations.
    • Note for Vendors: All applications are juried based on the originality and craftsmanship of the product you intend to sell. The Night Market will be curated to make for a diverse shopping experience, and limits will be imposed on categories to facilitate this.
  • Businesses downtown who want to have a sidewalk sale (if this is you please fill out this form instead) .
  • Businesses in the Town of Perth limits with a storefront who wish to set up a booth downtown in the vendor area (for businesses located both inside and outside the BIA limits. Please fill out this form instead).

You will need to supply your own tent, weights for the tent legs, tables, chairs, lights and electricity (diesel-powered vehicles displays are accepted on a limited basis). Standard booth size is 10' X 10'. Please note, any tents without weights will be removed by Emergency Services for safety reasons.
